Who doesn't want a backside that turns heads? You can do cardio until you're blue in the face, but you won't build a great lower body unless you do some weight training.

We have mastered all the moves that build a strong and shapely Lower Body....We've got you covered.

This Program offers 2 LOWER BODY SPECIFIC Days.  You will have 1 VOLUME  training day and 1 HEAVY day throughout your week. We encourage you to follow this routine for 4-6 weeks before changing it up.  Consistently challenge yourself with heavier weights, more reps, as you go week to week. Next Steps would be looking into Phase 2 of this specific plan or our BOOTY BOOT CAMP plans to shock that body, keep it guessing and the results coming :)
